Established in 2018 by Managing Director A K Masagoes (“Mas”), Aureus Law Corporation (“ALC”) is a boutique law firm dedicated to serving the estate planning and administration needs of individuals, families, and SMEs in Singapore.

About our Founder & Managing Director

Called to the English Bar in 1985 and the Singapore Bar in 1986, Mas founded ALC in 2018. His multidisciplinary experience across conveyancing, civil litigation, corporate law, and estate law enables him to address the broad commercial and legal implications of estate planning and administration.

About our Head of Legal Affairs

Lynn Masagoes is Head of Legal Affairs at ALC. Lynn was called to the Western Australian Bar in 2018 and has a Masters in Commercial and Resources Law. She is currently completing her Juris Doctor with Singapore University of Social Sciences with a view of being admitted to practice locally.
